all good suggestions but really, where does one stand in this kind of situation? I'm tempted to not be too bothered, but then I think that layout is bad, and they never asked, and there's no credit etc etc! And I'd have said no if they had have asked!!

just contact them and let them know that it's your original art they're using on their site, and that you'd appreciate it if they could take it down.
short of that, it's just a myspace page so i don't think you can do much else.
