Dear Joanna (my wife's name),This is to inform you of a health issue that maybe pending for Glen II, and any children he might have in the future.
Since Glen’s father had cancer, and every one of his brothers and sisters have the same problem, it appears that it has been passed on to their children. It also might be in Glen II genes.
Glen’s father has passed away from colon cancer, also his mother, and his grandmother. Both of his sisters (Amy, and Monna) also came down with the same cancer. All children by the brothers and sisters are being notified of the danger of cancer and should be checked from the age of forty and have yearly check ups.
We are sorry for this inconvenient notice, but since Glen II might have been Glen’s son, Glen II should be checked!
Lake County, Ohio records showed Glen II was Glen’s son.
We were able to trace Glens where about through his mother, XXX XX XXXXX, now living in XXXX, XXXX. Glen’s name was listed with his mother’s name. We hope you take this message serious!Sincerely
Medical Staff

why didnt you speak with your father in 20 years/?
is the story true?? or is it just spam with same names?? or is the email a confirmation that the spamer has all your info and is politely telling you they will soon steal your life away??
- CALLES0
what did you reply?
"thanks but my colon is doing swell"
- k0na_an0k0
Dang that is weird.
- grunttt0
are you positive it's spam?
- version30
er, reply or call maybe
- glen0
e-pill... let me rephrase taht... he hasn't spoken to me in 20+ years. Guess he decided his new family was more important.
Yeah.. all the info in the email was legit... making me think twice. The thing that bothers me is that they never use my bio dads real last name and they never gave me a way to contact anymore for more info.

Last time i checked, "Medical Staff" (whatever that means) don't send sensitive medical histroy to a blind email address.

That is messed up. Did your bio dad die? DId he have brothers and sisters? Are you actually named glen II?
- CALLES0
i got an email telling me to enlarge my penis... should i listen to it?
- glen0
Also, the email address that it came from is which looks pretty spammy to me. :)
- gabriel20
Most likely a scam. My mother-in-law had a similar message sent to her regarding adoption information and less than a month later she got a call from 2 banks asking for verification on opening 40k worth of student loans for her (she's 73)

It's spam, Glen II.
And with that name, you should start a band. ;)
- glen0
CALLAS... definitely... listen to it
- glen0
It's just Glen now.. had the "II" removed when I was of legal age. And, yes, it hurt.

Glen II sounds like a character in a douglas adams book.
