I know a bunch of you have had to deal with this lately.
We have a huge client that we are doing a redesign for, and at the moment they get about 20% of online sales from organic searches.
A lot of our new design has flash modules and the like, so I'm really looking for people who have had to deal with an enterprise-size redesign SEO strategy.
Links, companies to talk to, anything considered.

this might be a very low level sort of SEO approach, but if you use javascript to replace the content of a div with flash (ala, swfobject) you can have any text content that's within the flash file in that div that gets replaced. google doesn't have a javascript enabled bot when it spiders a site so it just sees the non-flash content within that div. if you're using xml within a flash module, you could just use that same xml content to write content into that div. every client i've done it for has that content picked up nicely by google.

swfobject makes you look like god to your clients

Yeah i've been using swfobject for several clients - I guess it just never really occured to me how easy it makes SEO when you are using Flash

swfObject gives you the entire div (and page for that matter) to drop in as much searchable copy as you want.
The only time that copy will be visible is if the user doesn't have the appropriate flash player - then they'll see all the copy...
... or... you could avoid that too... and use the auto install feature that Mr. Geoff also built into his genius lil swfObject.

you could even have hidden variables to add text so that the swf doesn't display it (if that's not what PB just said) I like filling the swf with rude comments or my name so the client never really knows how i feel

I pump in a page from my CMS into most pages... works a treat
