Where are some good places to eat in Toronto that aren't too expensive? I am going to TO with my boyfriend and we are looking to eat some good food while we are there.

Monsoon is also good by pricey (asian fusion). Also pricey would be Rain and St Germain hotel restuarant.

There are a healthy lot of restaurants and café's on College St.
It's Little Italy and Little Portugal, so you'll find hearty meals at a decent price, plus it's got a young vibe with clubs etc. (it's especially hopping in the summertime).
Personally, I like a place called "Il Gatto Nero". Great wood-oven pizzas and stuff.

Yeah, Magic Pony is definately on my list.

I found some really good spots in the little Italy area. The Kensington market area had some awesome little cafe's and specialty places too, can't remember names very well but if you go to those neighborhood and walk around, you'll find good stuff. That's how we found everything, just walking.
