just because your only clients have been local hotels, I wouldn't put on your website that you are hotel web designers.
and if you are, I really don't understand why you have gone for the look you have. it would be more suited to say and mobile games site or something.
sorry, not a fan, i think you have probably headed in the wrong direction from the start with this.
work out your target audience and your potential target audience then build a site for them.

The navigation doesn't really work for me. It took me a while to figure out where it was.
I'm not a big fan of the layout or visual cues either. I had no idea where I was supposed to look. I'd put some more time in on this one and try to find some different photos for your header. I think that area would be better used to feature some work.
