I don't know the name of the place, but DBA near Houston has an outdoor area.

that is true. it is called dba (drink better alcohol).
It also sells good whisky and is not far from my place. So gets my vote.

oh if its stuff next to our place, then there is a bar in my hood called the Beer Garden...the name speaks for itself, its a very huge outdoor area to just get sloched!!!

how about dba whilst its daylight, so that we can sit out back in the courtyard if its nice and then on to wherever is cheap?
