Yeah, the juice and soup thing is normally all I do, but I feel really bad at the moment and i've only got a couple of days to get better as my sister is coming to visit.

Eh, I don’t really trust drugs which doesn’t make much sense so I really have no idea how to cure that kind of thing skt.
I take Echinecia(sic) and Vitamin C though.
