all stores are different.
you wont get the good deals unless you stick around for at least few weeks.
sales at stores arent that cheap, sample sales are where u need to go

in nyc you can buy anything.and anything can be delivered.
so what is it that you need in the summer that cant be purchased at anytime thruout the rest of the year??
