heya,
...I used to have a .PSD with guides that showed all the diff screen resolutions for optimizing your page designs to fit within...any idea where i might have downloaded that from!??, or anything similar you have bookmarked out there??

dude, thats so easy to make.
just make a 1600xwhatever file... then keep hitting the New Guide command and typing in the coordinates..
really..really simple math.
