In Belgium, I worked at Design is Dead (http://www.designisdead.com). It's a nice place to work!
And moving to These Days (http://www.thesedays.com) in 2 months and I'm very excited because it seems to be a very inspring place!

Oldelpaso, you see what you've done? This happens all the time.
AS soon as someone asks a question about a technique other people are curious to know also. If you say "check your mail" then people want to know even more – sort of like a secret club.
What you should say is nothing and let them check their email or just tell us here cause now I REALLY want to know.....

yeah work has been taking its toll + the water isnt exactly warm - still worh every second
going to surf before and after workactually in answer to this thread.. the best place to work seems to be anywhere with surf and a thriving deisng community
