Check was mailed and site was loaded on Feb. 12
I gave them 30 days of updates.
Got emails today:
"what do we do now?"
"can the 30 days start today since I didn't know the site was up?"
"whats my web address again?"
wow paula, wow

how did u update their site if they didnt know it was up.
typically updating a site requires having updates from the client.

He offered 30 days of free updates for the client to take advantage of. Which they obviously didn't.

Why would you give someone free updates?
- eb60
They had 30 days after the site was uploaded.
She emailed me one morning saying the check is going in the mail today (feb 12) And i email back saying it will take me and hour or so to get it up b/c i'm at work. and then i emailed again telling her that it was up.

I once offered free updates for a year to get a client to bite on the deal.
After the project was over I changed my phone #.
haha. Suckers.

It was my first real site to make and get paid for.
I was also thinking (after seeing how they screwed up their last site) that the free updates would lead to paid ones.

These are also the people who left one numerous long vacations without telling me. Once was to Italy for two months! The only reason I knew is b/c my wife used to work for them and still had access to their email.
