I'm having a bit of an issue with a design I'm testing in Wordpress. I built a template which appears fine in Firefox, but IE is having issues.
I have an 800px container for content between the header and the footer including-
A 570px column for posts, a 200px right column, and 30px of padding between the 2. In IE, depending on the order in which I call the right column, it will display in the correct horizontal position, but either directly above or below the main column content. I have the display set to inline, I've tinkered briefly with negative margins to no avail.Any help is much appreciated.

it's late here 1.20am so I'm off to bed. one thing I will say is that you have waaaay to many divs. Looking at a simple site like this all you really need is perhaps 3 or 4 divs max.
Are you floating any content? (if so look at the double float hack – I doubt it is this though)
To help your self put borders round your divs so you can see whats pushing what
