(bottom right, after weight)Does anyone know where I can get the proper symbol to denote 'average package weight', as used on British packaging? Also, if anyone knows anything about its use, I'd like to know whether it is solely intended for foodstuffs/consumables.
Ta!

i've often wondered what that symbol meant.

Ah. So you use that on packaging in the States too?
Guess that means it's a world wide regulation then, as it's required across Europe too (though none of my various tinned and bottled Spanish foods seem to use it, but then Spain is the most useless country on the planet when it comes to abiding by gov't regulations :)
