Watched this last night, great beer tv. I loved watching that mannequin getting a severe beating, especially the Tae Kwon Do guy with the crowbar :D

yeah that show is dope. my favorite section is the nin jit su master balancing on the long poles. He also had the death punch to the chest- 1 blow = death.

They teach tai chi in China in primary school and most Japanese martial arts are part of the sports curriculum.
