I don't know what caused it, it doesn't happen overnight, but I was told by a lot of nurses to take it easy on the salt, ketchup and Pepsi, Coke, Sprite etc... I was forced to drink water for 2 days, which I hate...

Dude. I piss 3 or 4 of those a day to tuffen up.
To help you tuffen up I suggest you go to a batting cage and spend $20 standing in front of the medium speed baseball shooter. You take a few of those off the chest and you'll be well on your way to my level.
