could just be the connection, but there is a ridiculous amount of loading, for almost every part of the site. with that much, i'd expect fullscreen video throughout the site

i honestly think if you are a "recruiter" that you should take out the "skip" function, as well i totally skipped your site closed the window and commented here...
i skiped the site because thats the first thing i saw on your site aside from the center ladder animantion load sequence, the first recognisable thing told me to skip the site...

ok i went back...why the hell do i have to break my neck to the left to read the menus???
i love the ladder 3D but my neck hurts and im leaning back on skiping away...

1. Too much loading. (See #2)
2. I'd remove the cliche rotating 3D Chrome Logo... It doesn't add anything but load times, plus the reflection in it doesn't look good against that plain background.
3. Vertical menu is a bit hard to read, but not a big deal IMO.The rest is great.

So, I skipped staright away as I didn't want to see some falsh intro.
I waited for 600k to load (on a dial up here) to see a 3d image of a silver ladder, grreeeeaaattt!!
The spinny rotating thing does not rotate on a central pivot, needs shifting slightly.
Over all the look is fine, quite unoffensive. But yes the menu is not right for me as the others have said.
Finally some of the copy and punctuation needs looking at.

well thanks heaps for the crit
The load times do need to be looked at - trying to suggest they move to a better server so those load times aren't so bad.as fer the copy, well thats been a long and trying battle... they ended up writing it all themselves after having 2 copywriters on the project
anyway thank you all again
