How do people generally display large scale work at interviews. Specifically A0 and A1.
Should I just role them out?

I have an A3 portfolio and I present an A1 poster which I keep folded in quarters in the A4 book.
I've designed much larger scale stuff but I can't bring massive things so I just show photos of them. The only reason I show that poster 1to1 is because of the incredible level of detail on it – it wouldn't work any other way.

That's part of my problem, there very detailed and on plastic so I can't really fold them without destroying them

maybe photograph them (both wholoe and in details). Or if you really want to show them then bring them in tubes. But be aware that things that you show a lot may get damaged. If they're one offs, then leave them at home.

I suppose I could get designs printed 9 to an A1 sheet and crop them
