Not that I'm suggesting it should happen but do people like Bush have the right to sue for inappropriate, offensive use of their image ?

i suppose. my assumtion was that they did have some right but never really exercised it because it'd just be a collasal waste of time and would sooner wait for something that would serve some sort of bigger purpose.
