PDF's are saving as blanks?

  I am trying to ouput a design i did in Illustrator to PDF via "Save As", but when I open the PDF I just saved (in Acrobat or Reader) it's blank. Nada.

  Any ideas? Should I trash the prefs? Help!

  can you save it as an illustrator file with the pdf option checked and still nothing shows up in acrobat?

  make sure you set your crop marks
