anybody have any hints or tips or tutes to take a 2d vector file and make it 3d isometric.
i am messing around with the 3D filter in illustrator, but i keep f'ing it up.

extrude the walls and shit straight up from the plan angled at 30º/60º (the 2D plan in relation to the horizon)
and go from there?
