Does anyone know of a good free program for OSX that will let me create custom DVD menus and titles for DVD's? I need to import VOB files directly.

iDVD, should have come with your Mac.
And it's the easiest DVD builder I know of. You can even set the movie to loop (though that option is hard to find).
