is an online destination for user generated video-based entertainment. We are currently seeking an Information Architect/Visual Designer/User Interface designer for a full-time, contract to hire position. You will work with the creative and product teams to conceptualize and design user interfaces and interaction models for both web and application based systems. This is a highly creative position with great potential to create engaging user experiences that will affect millions of users.JOB RESPONSIBILITY/SUMMARY:
Work closely with VP creative to translate feature concepts into wireframe schematics, functionality flows, site maps, content analysis, content audits, visual comps/design and content hierarchy documents.
Interface with business, technology and product teams to funnel requirements and abilities into a superb user-experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience designing complex web sites and applications.
Strong portfolio including visual design and ui and ia wireframes and specs.
Graphic and web design skills (command of typography, color theory, etc).
Strong UI design skills (understanding of perception and human computer interaction)
Information design skills and ability to analyze audiences needs, wants, habits and concerns as well as business objectives.
Command of standard web design tools (Photoshop, flash, an HTML editor and a vector drawing program a must, other apps a plus).
Ability to work as part of a team.
Candidate must by excited about web design.
Candidates must be able to work in Israel and speak fluent English and Hebrew.
