Is it good to live in? Was there for my 21st birthday a while back but was wrecked aw the time.
Can a man eek out a living there without going with ho's and toking blow all the time?

When I stayed in 'dam (which is a few times now), I found it pretty civilised outside of the shit hole that was the red-light district.
I don't know if the ho's were cheaper but the blow certainly was.

Just dawned on me what a fecking stupid question that really was. Certainly not worthy of a new thread.
That's what happens when you start drinking at 3.30 in the afternoon kids.

I've been to Amsterdam twice now, great city, great people but I've nver seen so much dog shit in one place in all my life.

Anyone see that ad campaign for a Amsterdam design agency in which the printed their logo on the little flags held up with long toothpick like thingies? They used these little flags to drop into piles of dogshit in amsterdam. hilarious!

No but sound very apt, At least I would have stood a chance of not soiling my Reebok Classics with Flemish K9 cak

clarification: flags on dog shit was for the hans brinker budget hotel - done by the agency kesselskramer.
did you have a question about ams?
- mexicandave0
Well maybe Amsterdam should take a leaf out of their book, cause I loves me Reeboks

I've stayed at the hans brinker.
It is far worse than the ad campaign describes it.
"Now with even less service!"
8 people bunking in one tiny room.
AVOID.
