UK Serial Killer Movie

OK, a little help here if you can.
I'm looking for a movie that I saw a trailer for at the beginning of the UK DVD release of Dead Man's Shoes.
As I remember it was about a mid-20s man making a video (using a home video camera) on how to commit murder or how to be a serial killer. Or something like that anyway.
The trailer made comparisons to 'Henry Portrait of a Serial Killer' and 'Man Bites Dog'. I've wanted to see it for ages but can't remember the name. I want to say it was something like "How To Commit The Perfect Murder" or "How To Be A Serial Killer", the name was kind of long and obvious like an instructional video. I think it was pretty new (2000s) like Dead Man's Shoes.
I'll bump tomorrow for the UK crowd but thought I'd give it a try tonight. Any help appreciated. Cheers.
