why did they change their plans? i ahve referred about 25+ client sites to them in the past year or so and then they changed their packages. $7 a month was sweet, but $20 a month for a huge package isnt really worth it... this sucks.

you have to place the [mt] logo at the bottom of your site in order to receive the deal with price package, also get an affadavit from QBN that has their NT sworn approval.

SLAZ, buy the DV server and become your own reseller
or buy the grid if your clients don't need much and host for them
either way you'll profit
20*$5/month to resell the grid server hosting is a good deal for them and profit for you.
2 months of hosting the little stuff pays your yearly fee
how many of your clients really need ftp access if you install a cms or you are handling the changes/updates?
redo the math for the grid server if they need more control

actually, i think that you can set up users with FTP that only allows access to their domain.
Also, is the world really so tough that one needs to make a stink over $13?
Never heard such a bunch of cry-babies.

not crying about $13... i am frustrated that I have open proposals with recommendations to setup on MT with the (old) rates in there. So now when these companies go to sign up, it doesnt look as professional. If the client will pay, fine.
version4, I dont know is I really want to deal with running their accounts with mine, we have soo much other stuff going on, last thing I want is phone calls about hosting and email issues.
anyone find other good hosting companies they can rely on and has good support. MT used to be the best, a jem really. Any other jems out there?
