Fine Arts Programs

  I'm looking for fine arts programs located anywhere but the U.S. and I am looking for ones that judge more on work and less on grades. Also price is a factor..

  Any you have even heard of is fine. It's a mess to search for them! Would rather have the word of mouth from NT'ers.
