How does your agency present their material to the client? ftom Identity designs to full campaigns? what is the core strategy for the pitch?

Is there a standard way?

Well many people prefer presenting on projectors some prefer a more tangible presentation, but I am just trying to learn different agency cultures and process.

I've heard of alot of agencies doing it on 13x19 mounted on black boards using a stylus 1280, which by the way I think its the best printer ever...

I've seen plenty occur and I would assume this would be common knowledge but whatever
Any large presentation method such as a projector would be used to show any pertinent numbers and facts regarding the job in a point by point manner as well as any interactive pieces that would show motion or on click changes etc, distribute printed materials as well as supporting figures numbers charts in a full color packet, there should be both large scale and actual size pieces of printed materials, ads, etc floating around the meeting to allow people to see and experience scaling as well as the large scale to open any discussion.
Just think about what would sell you on your ideas and make sure its dummy proof, meaning alleviate as many questions as possible before they are asked, and if they are asked be able to refer them to a page in the packet or flip to a slide/frame in your presentation
I have built presentations for other designers pitching ad themes in flash, these materials were accompanied by printed materials, the flash presentation has music, images and figures, the printed materials just repeated the same images and figures as a tangible for the recipient to take home and review
