Hi anyone got any good links to resources for tutorials for dynamic content in flash ie loading images/text client side.
Cheers in advance

If you just want quick help and need to knock something out fast I would suggest the AS cookbook series by oreilly. They have little snippets that you can pop in your flash movie to load in data/images/xml etc.
If you want to dig around a bit and learn more I would do a google search for Flashcoders mailing list and sign up for that.
Hope this helps.

It's very easy, if you have a good understanding of how programming works

Lots of them...By the way, what kind of software do your clients use to edit Xml?
I am still looking for one..cause "it's too complicated" for them to interpret the code with notepad, or something similar..Cheers.

not 100% intuitive, but for folks with a clue it works just fine.

Mishga use this:
http://www.scintilla.org/SciTE.h…lightweight & free
It's good for lots of languages also, even AS with color formatting and all that jazz. way better then notepad

Microsoft provide an XML notepad that I find easy to use. No coding, just a nice folder tree to represent the XML.

And I would suggest learning XML for getting text / images into Flash. LoadVars you can avoid fairly easily.
