What are the downs of working for a huge firm?

the bigger the company - the more corporate guidelines, and sometimes the less creativity - but I have seen big companies that divide creatives into small groups and still do good things...hope that helps out a little bit!

Hey thanks man! Yeah I am currently wokring for a mid size firm but the one I'm going to now is huuge! so there must be a difference...When you say corporate guidelines what are you referring to? please explain.
