In illy cs2 ... 2 objects, same group, both selected but I can't align anything no matter which button i click ... ggrr?

always takes time to shift anything as well ...
usually ... click .... wait .... move 1 pixel ... click ... wait .... select layer ... click ... wait ... layers scroll ....

i used the ruler in art directors toolkit and aligned everything manually - need it centered.

Check to see that images are not set to align to ARTBOARD in Align window settings...
