Sub $100 Headphones

Yeah I have Sennheiser HD 270 headphones now, have had them for a few years and they are starting to crackle, replaced the cord, same deal. They were great headphones but thinking about trying something different.
Might buy these and see how they go, they have a massive range (15-28,000 Hz) and are made in Japan.

I'm looking for a new set of sub US$100 headphones.
They need to be closed/circumaural (over the ear) for me to crank at work without annoying other workmates...
