Putting the Squeeze on video???

  Can anyone do me a favour and please give me answer to this question...

  I am using sorenson to compress qt movies into flvs - I want to match the quality of the original as closely as I can - what setting should I be using to do this?

  1mbps? or is there one that offers greater quality resolution?

  Anyone work with this program regularly at all?
