DVD slideshow

i have to produce a dvd slide show for some widescreen tvs building the ads in photoshop and burning the dvd in idvd, some of the information comes out a bit pixelated though im building the ads at 200DPI, should i raise or lower the resolution ? or increase the image size im building them 100% to the screen size.

This app is pretty smooth for building slideshows. Takes care of all the resolution issues too with support for different monitor ratios and sizes:

My budget is limited to having to use Idvd slideshow.
But im having issues with slight pixelation on images + it fitting the entire screen size ... any suggestions on this ?

try outputing an image at 720 x 576 and using that - maybe the compression down is causing the problem

im building the ads at 100% the screen size.

try 72 dpi - or optimise with PS

change the pixel ration to match the tv + check the slideshow on a tv as it'll always look shite on your comp screen due to both the lower res of tv requirements and the pixel ratio.
