3D Animation Software for PPT

  I have been assigned the task of finding a piece of software that takes an animated 3D character, throws in some movement, and then allows the user to record their own voice for the character.

  Anyone know of any software out there that is better? Also, I'd like to import it into PPT, or if not, publish it as an .swf file.

  Here's an example of a piece of software that I came across. However, the voiceover support for it is really weak (uses a speech engine).

  I know that Maya has plugz for that, but neither are cheap.
