I've listened to such a wide array of music my entire life and never really ever thought about doing it myself... until recently.
My friend and I created what we call a super duo of epic proportions a few years ago but basically the farthest we've gone with that is writing songs, and sometimes having impromptu performances at various parties ... basically all we do is rhyme about crack over instrumentals, haha.
I wanted to start a group called 'Stiff Kittens' in homage to Joy Division, however, everyone in the band could never have played the instrument before. I have 3 people who want to be a part of it, but we'll never do anything with that either.
I'm pretty lazy... and mediocre-ly talented at everything I do.
I accept that I'm just slightly better than the Average Joe/Plain Jane in about everything possible, however, lack the drive to ever focus on one area to become an "expert" in.
Unless of course I can be called an expert in the field of having no humility.
