I may be a bit dumb, but I thought you could only specify scrollbar skins in IE. How does NT manage the same scroll bars in every browser? How?!

Ahem, sorry. I forgot about the old Mac aqua bars. But my question remains unanswered, because when you don't use NT content you get crummy scroll bars on WinXP.
The code:

IE & FF (WinXP)
It's not like I want to copy NT. I just don't like not knowing stuff.

"when you don't use NT content"
What?

As in - if the iframe is not src'ed to a frame on the NT homepage -
i - get - different - scroll - bars - in - different - browsers
Therefore: There must be some CSS magic in NT frames that does something to the scroll bars.
I was just curious as to what it was.

it's one of these meta-tags in the html:
don't remember which one though.

what i meant was the "MSThemeCompatible" or the "MSSmartTagsPreventParsing" meta-tag. View source
