IE tabs

    so, tabs are supposed to be the big deal with this update to IE7, and they were nice and all, until they just stopped working. now no amount of enabling/disabling/restarting will get them to work again. the menu option is always grayed out, and i don't even get the "open in new tab" option anymore in the contextual menu. nice one!
