Never really been one for them - but my resolution for the new year is to be at the Everest basecamp sometime in 2010, and on the summit shortly thereafter.

• drop 20lbs.
• get a bike and hit some trails
• take 2 weeks of vacation to wherever
• increase my yearly income by $15k or more
• sit around and wait for a new season of Amazing Race to come on.

I never have any serious resolutions because I never follow through with them. Procrastination conquers over resolutions.

• earn more, work less
• find more inventive ways to love my wife (i heard you're only ever 3 steps away from divorce in any happy marriage)• step out of my creative comfort zone and raise my game
• make new friends
• relax more and stress less
• get back into martial arts to finish what i started and to find what i was looking for.
