get gmail to forward is to the email client account you have with your provider... simple!

o2 and vodafone in the uk have a web mail thing that i use with it via gmail... means you can delete them off the handset and always have them in back up... plus they are instant, pop forwarding was supposed to have a 15 min lag... but i never got that to work to try it.

If it is TMobile, just go to their website, log in, and go to your Blackberry section. You will see it. Once there, all you have to do is add addys on the form provided. Once u add each addy, it will send a notification email automatically to ur phone.
