Picked up the unrated version on DVD yesterday, it was a pleasure to watch it at home without the roar of theater laughter obscuring the sound.
Thanks to this, I heard the funniest damn thing in the whole movie in the segment where Chris Pontius is dressed like the devil and flys out of a hole in the ground after a big explosion.
He says to all these shocked people:
"Keep God out of California! TELL CHARLIE DANIELS TO WRITE A SONG ABOUT THIS!"
The Charlie Daniels line made me crack up to no end.
Also, there are some real gems in the additional scenes, some gross stuff too.

Laughed out loud several times
but whats up with Pontius drinking the horse choad ......... -10 for that

oh and the bit with the shaving of the pubies for the beard was great ...gross but funny
