Im working with Character Styles.. trying to assign a shortcut in EDIT style and it wont let me enter anything in the text field.
Whats up with that?

i thought maybeyou had to have a specific shortcut start like SHIFT and any button.. ?? Hmm.

i haven't been able to get one with the Shift key. I use Apple/Command + numbers on the number pad.
