After Effects tutorials?

Anyone have any good sites or resources (other than books) on After Effects? I just got the program a week or 2 ago and haven't had the chance to fool around with it much yet. I do find though, that for me, the best way to learn a new program is to follow some tutorials in a more hands-on way.
If anyone has any links I'd appreciate it.

There's a book (well two) out there titled along the lines of "Creating Motion Graphics With After Effects" (one is for beginners, the other is for advanced).
I'd suggest you at least get the beginner one to start with. Tutorials are great, but AE is such a huge program that you are really going to be glad you have a reference book around.

And I didn't mean that it was just a reference book, they have a ton of exercises on there as well, but they do a good job explaining how the program actually functions.
