I keep reloading to see the iconic shield at the start.
Are the blue legs a seperate movieclip?

not sure, looks like its a png image with a mask for the loader "goo" that creeps underneath...

after the loader finishes (looks like it has a mask, too)
it loads another movie clip
- the blue glue (see it slightly moves) with a mask as well
