Specifying default glyphs

    Have just bought Omnes (by Joshua Darden Studio) as part of a new ID system for a client, in both Mac and PC TrueType formats. Anyone know how I can change the default glyph for specific characters (eg there are two types of 'y' - need to specify which appears by default)? Thanks.
