Enter topic:We have been set a challenge at work, to create a 3d fly though of a hand drawn sketch? can it be done? im a 2d designer so i have no idea! HELP?

what do you mean. should it look sketchy? in that case use sketchup. in any other case any good 3D app will do.
if you cannot work with that at all hire someone who can.

Yup, it's possible.
If you are looking for the 'flip book' look, and not just 'sketch-like', then hire a pro.
If you don't know 3D at all, I'd hire a pro.
