anyone know anything about the recent spat of paper cups dotted around the city slotted into wire fences spelling out certain names like ziggy stardust, etc.??? or am I sooooooo yesterday?

probably a copy-cat effort. a couple of weeks ago time out's featured image sent in by a reader was of a council estate in hackney where someone had spelled ziggy stardust in paper cups shoved into fences.
that expose probably either encouraged the original people to do more or inspired others to parody...
