I have a problem/query that hopefully one of you kind people will be able to help with.
I have a .gif file that is to be attached to an email. What i need to happen is for the image to open up straight away into the email rather than it showing up as an attachment that has to be donwloaded.
Is there some special format i should be saving it as when im in photoshop?
Or is it something that has to be formatted somehow in the relevant email application? If the latter is the case, is there a generic way of doing this regardless of what emaill app. is being used. I use the Mail app that came with my mac, but the people im doing this for all use Outlook on their PCs.
Im clueless about how to format images straight in to emails within the email application!Im confused.
Any help is much appreciated.Ta

open the image in your web browser and copy it, then just paste it into the body of the email.

and make sure your email is html format, not plain text.

OK cool, thanks for that.
Excuse my ignorance on the subject, but how i can i verify that my email is html format rather than plain text?
