houve há pouco aqui no NT um tópico sobre o teu problema com o "fixed" do IE.
faz uma pesquisa, porque havia uma ligação para um site com uma solução para um problema semelhante.
boas frestas.

thanks acescence, you've been most helpful. i think i can start from your link (i just had a quick read, but it needs a more timely understanding) and if that doesn't solve it (i hope it does) at least it gives me clues to dig around the web and see how one can get around it.
thanks so much. I wish you a nice holy season and da-happy-nu-year!

i'm surely going back to my previous life after this one...

I see. can you suggest a way of going around it?... i'm not really a code dude... I shouldn't have accepted to do a site all alone, but now i have to finish this :/

sorry, should have elaborated... you appear to be using position: fixed on a bunch of divs, but IE no likey

position: fixed
also, that js function on the main page seems to be missing a bunch of curly braces in the if then else, no?

--------------------------------...fixed? i'll try that. but wasn't there some issues in IE about the fixed position?
as to the brackets... I'm a 90% noob in js syntax. I didn't really created it. i used a script i had in my dev folder. I dl it from somewhere long ago... I don't remember where it came from.

hello&goodnight.
can someone give me a hint on what's wrong with the css in this site? it works in FF but not on IE. I'm wondering that it has something to do with the css div attributes. the index.html is a 100% screen transparent iframe that generates the bg and calls another page 2006.html consisting in divs only.
any other sort of input is welcome too.
thx in advance.
