what would it have on it? I'm preparing an RFP for a client (I'm sort of working client side for the moment) and I want to be a really nice guy and give the creative agencies I want to hire all they need to get me back a good proposal.
I have examples of an RFP but I have to admit they're pretty ass backwards and unhelpful.

What goes in the RFP itself, or what would you want to see in a vendor's response? Not sure your ques. I've done quite a few. (From the vendor end that is).
