My god, i feel like my childhood is utterly worthless - why have i never seen that or heard that song before?
More importantly - what the underlying cause of Eddie's final demise was? it was the 80s after all - Cocaina? AIDS (SIDA, if he's Spanish)? He stole someone else's prized dance routine?
So many questions i wish i could've asked when i was younger.

Haha, mine must be equally worthless because I first heard the song on the radio today. Youtubed it and thought it must have an interesting vid.
The dance seem to be reflecting Eddies life on the street because in the end he's doing a fake death and then they both burst out laughing.

It's so funny you're posting this now because I just downloaded a bunch of songs off the Flashdance album the other day and Laura Branigan's "Imagination" is one of them.
My favourite from the Flashdance soundtrack has to be "Maniac" though:

Pretty sweet music. I think I'd add it to my collection.
Also, I absolutely love 80s music but I always have to read up on it since I wasn't born until '86. So feel free to let me know any other gems.
